We ship every Friday using DPD Next Day delivery. However, items are often packed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays.

Returns Policy

14-Day Returns

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• All returns require proof of purchase

Important Exception

For hygiene reasons, heat-resistant gloves cannot be returned.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, it may be exchanged. Otherwise, returned items are eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs of items that are not faulty and returned within the 14-day cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Returns

Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods back to Flint.
